- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Intelligent, caring and honest are just 3 of the best words to describe Jim. I had been denied by Social Security 3 times and had all but given up hope. As a last resort and without much hope I contacted Mr Mckown's office. His office, staff and himself were there to guide me PAINLESSLY through the appeals process. The entire journey took me 3 years. After contacting Jim it was less than a year from start end. In less than 10 minutes into my hearing with the ALJ I was approved!
