- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am a Disabled USA Army Vet now living in the Northeast Part Of Israel. I was initially denied Individual Unemployability in 2012 and filed my N O D in March 2013. I initially tried some of the service organizations and they were of no help to me and I was getting nowhere with my claim with the VA. So after doing a web search for V A Attorneys I found this firm and initially spoke with Stacey, a Legal Assistant at this firm. Immediately Stacey put me at ease and forwarded my case to attorney Douglas Jackson. I then received an Email from Stacey with the news that Mr. Jackson would take my case. Immediately after signing the initial paperwork Stacey immediately went to work and filed all the papers with the VA. The VA in spite of everything dragged their feet on my appeal. However between Mr. Jackson and Stacey they continued to write letters and push the VA to decide my appeal. Throughout this period there were times that I was almost hysterical and unreasonable and since Stacey was the front person to receive all my anger and frustration she was very calm and very kind to me. In fact as I look back on it I put this poor woman through hell and yet she remained as nice and polite and professional and never once yelled back or was rude to me. In the end between Mr. Jackson and Stacey I finally won my appeal and received an award of over $126,000. Anyone needing help with your VA Claim this is definitely the firm to hire!
